Jess

Jess is the Operations Manager at Congruent Life Chiropractic. She resides in Iowa City with her husband, Frank, and four children, Liam, Theo, Halle and Bennett.

She has been familiar with chiropractic since she started getting adjusted as a child, but became passionate about it during pregnancy and as a new mom. She struggled with hip pain in pregnancy and her oldest struggled with ear infections and consistent adjustments were the missing piece to their wellness. Her other three children have been adjusted consistently at CLC since birth and are all thriving kiddos!

Jen

Jen is a Chiropractic Assistant at Congruent Life Chiropractic! She resides in Cedar Rapids with her husband, Nick and sons Zayden and Zavier.

Jen’s journey with Congruent Life began with her son, Zayden, who started care in February of 2017. Zayden came to the office with many health concerns including seizures, failure to grow and gain weight, and chronic illness including reoccurring ear infections. Like many families we see, Jen and her family were searching for a different path and restored hope, and they found just that! Through care at Congruent Life Chiropractic, Jen’s family is living their best life possible!

Jen is very passionate about helping families of all backgrounds on their journey to better health, for both their kiddos and themselves! In the office, Jen’s main focus is patient care! She can be found connecting with patients, utilizing our Insight Scanning system, and being a knowledgeable resource to answer any questions that may arise during the journey!

Julie

Julie the Content and Brand Coordinator at Congruent Life Chiropractic. Julie lives outside of Amana with her husband, Zach, two sons Cedar and Finch, and their two dogs, Mardi and Arlo.

Before working at CLC, Julie was receiving consistent chiropractic care for overall health + wellness. She is passionate about empowering people to be active participants in their health journey.

She worked in the office as a chiropractic assistant for about 2 years before the birth of her oldest son where she transitioned to working from home doing the social media and marketing. You may still see her in the office because she comes to get adjusted weekly!

Dr. Cath O'Day

Dr. Cath is the Video and Campaign Coordinator at Congruent Life Chiropractic. She practiced in the office for about a year and then transitioned to working from home in preparation for the birth of her second child She lives in Des Moines with her husband and 2 daughters, Charlotte and Eden.

Her passion for health began early and led her to earn a bachelor’s degree in Applied Health Science from Wheaton College. Before beginning chiropractic school at Palmer, Dr. Cath worked as a CrossFit coach, personal trainer, and caregiver for a young boy with special needs. While she loved that season of life, something inside her knew she was meant to make an even deeper impact.

That desire for more purpose collided with a personal health crisis during her time at chiropractic school. What started as anxiety slowly spiraled into full-blown exhaustion. She was tired of barely making it through the day—and tired of patching her symptoms without real answers.

That’s when she found Nervous System-focused Chiropractic care.

As she began care for herself, her energy slowly returned. But more than that—she realized something powerful was happening: her Nervous System wasn’t just less anxious, it was finally starting to heal. Her story began to make sense:

  • Frequent ear infections
  • Always getting sick
  • Seasonal allergies
  • Irregular and painful periods
  • Two years of birth control
  • A long list of antibiotics
  • IBS
  • Anxiety
  • Panic Attacks
  • Full-blown adrenal exhaustion

It was one thing after another. But no one had ever looked at the root cause.

The deeper she went into her own healing, the more she saw the big picture: her Nervous System had been under stress for years. And all the medications she was given along the way? They weren’t solving the problem—just covering it up.

Through chiropractic, Dr. Cath found a new path. A path rooted in healing, not managing. A path that finally gave her the answers she’d spent years searching for.

Dr. Cath is dedicated to helping families unlock true healing—especially women who have been told their symptoms are “normal” yet know deep down something isn’t right. She’s been there herself and is here to walk alongside others on their healing journey.

Her own journey through pregnancy and postpartum has deepened her passion for supporting women during these seasons and for raising healthy, thriving kids.

Jill

Jill grew up in Dubuque, lowa, where community, connection, and movement have always been an important part of her life.
Some of her favorite memories are centered around sports — whether it’s the excitement of cheering on lowa football in the
fall, the discipline and resilience she learned through years of gymnastics, or the calm joy of spending time on the golf course.
Each of these activities has shaped who she is and continues to bring energy and balance into her life.

Alongside her love for movement, Jill has also found meaning in caring for others. Nannying has been a rewarding role,
allowing her to pour into kids’ lives, help them grow, and be a steady, supportive presence. Those experiences have taught her
patience, creativity, and the joy of showing up wholeheartedly

At the heart of it all, Jill is deeply passionate about holistic health and the belief that our bodies were created by God with an
incredible ability to heal and thrive. Exploring natural ways to care for the body, mind, and spirit inspires her to live with
intention. And in the quieter moments, Jill finds joy in simply spending time with her boyfriend, Matt, creating memories
together every day.

In the office, Jill can be found playing with and reading to kiddos, ensuring that parents get a peaceful adjustment, utilizing our Insight Scanning system and assisting patients with any clerical needs.
